Jem was a pleasure to work with. Very kind and patient. She had lots of curtain design choices and gave helpful advice for each room. She personally hung up our curtains and ironed them to perfection before leaving. Would definitely use her service again. Couldn’t fault it.

Jem was extremely helpful and patient for the project which was for 3m high curtains to a large bay window. The project was challenging not just due to scale alone and Jem provided many useful contacts for the manufacture of the rail and fabric suppliers to help with navigating our way to a solution. She attended site on more than one occasion to ensure the curtains were hung to perfection and also took care of the installation by a fitter recommended by her. Overall the service was excellent and we love the finished product.
